We want to be coherent in the way we work, coherent with the purpose of our work. We therefore:

  • Stimulate critical reflexivity and creativity amongst each other and encourage uniqueness and individuality in everybody’s research endeavors.
  • Develop mastery of qualitative research techniques and a growing understanding of the striving for quality in action research that employs qualitative techniques.
  • Create opportunities for researcher development by the design and facilitation of research workshops and connect each other as GRACE researchers to institutions and organizations that aim to build researcher capacity.
  • Foster a culture of self awareness embedded in an ethic of self care that enables us to reach for our highest potential.

  • Stimulate independence and leadership qualities in each other, so that the leadership in GRACE can evolve and change and adapt to the changes in our environments.
